Got to us quicker then they even said they could. Did a bunch of extra work and did a great job. Also a great guy. One of the first times I have had an Hvac company out without feeling like I was just trying to be sold a new system. Highly Recommend!
Do not go through this company. A couple years ago, they replaced our furnace and installed Central air, since then i've tried multiple times to get someone to come out for an annual check. They constantly say they'll call me back to schedule an appointment or let us know when a tech was going through our area, ya. . They never did.. well our AC stopped working yesterday, so we reached out to schedule an appt to have them come down to look at it and they inform us that they no longer servicing, the area we live in, not even ... read more
[note: this was originally a very negative review. Since then, the owner of Heat and Cool has reached out and spent months making things right for me and my family. I was not leveraged into making this switch. It has actually been awesome service since the owner discovered the issue.] Shout out to Heat and Cool of Idaho. Three months ago I was working on purchasing the home I'm in now. When the inspector was unable to get the heat pump/air conditioner unit to turn on, I requested that the seller get an HVAC to to inspect and repair the system. The seller used Heat & Cool and forwarded me the invoice ($466) wherein the technician stated, "Cleaned and serviced unit. Diagnosed the unit to have a bad fan relay, and replaced with new.
