When we had issues with our electric furnace, Jason at Heat Cool was able to quickly get to the house and inspect it. He recommended this 30 year old unit be replaced and gave us numerous options and estimates. He answered all questions. After selecting a heat pump, they were able to quickly remove the old furnace and install the heat pump. Jason was professional, friendly and service minded. I highly recommend Heat Cool for your HVAC needs.
Had Heat and cool come out for a furnace repair. They were on time, very knowledgeable . Diagnosed the problem and fixed in short order and were reasonably price. Very satisfied with their work. Will recommend to all friends and neighbors
Heat Cool is the best, hands down. Stellar communication, fast response times, and they have the most friendly technicians I've worked with. My heater died in the winter, and the owner delivered space heaters to me *same day* to make sure I stayed warm -- free of charge! Can’t speak on behalf of all of their services. I found them to be disappointing when fixing the gas fireplace in my apartment. It had an issue where it wouldn’t stay on and they came out numerous times saying x would fix it each time. The entire system got replaced, whole new gas valve, thermostat, thermopile. In the end the issue was a simple wiring issue that took a couple minutes to fix. I feel a knowledgeable professional would have diagnosed the issue from the beginning and fixed it. Called for service. Tech looked over my situation. Elected to have a multi head minisplit installed to replace an obsolete gas forced air furnace. Installation was done professionally, and timely. Great company to work with.
