Jason was great to work with, very knowledgeable and very affordable. He solved my HVAC problem. I highly recommend HeatCool. He USA great place to go to get an HVAC system
Jason came to fix a gas leak. He didn’t fix it, and when we called to have him come back he gaslit my wife and told her there was no gas leak, despite the gas company coming back for a second time and confirming that he did not fix the leak. He also called my landlord and said that we were being emotional and unprofessional, and refused to come fix his mistake. He also made several unprofessional comments to my wife before I came home. Had to have another company come out and fix the leak.
Great products and knowledgeable service would recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Their team was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly while delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service. The installation was smooth, the system works great, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
Jason showed up within 24 hours and had our problem with our Daikin mini split figured out very quickly. He fixed the system and had us back up and running promptly. No more wall heaters for us. 5 stars
