Jason showed up within 24 hours and had our problem with our Daikin mini split figured out very quickly. He fixed the system and had us back up and running promptly. No more wall heaters for us. 5 stars
Unfortunately, my experience has not matched the existing glowing reviews. I wanted an under cabinet range hood installed, hopefully before Thanksgiving. I had already purchased the unit and had validated the fit. I called and spoke with Jason on 11/19, setting up an appointment for 3pm on 11/20. Positive interaction. Nobody showed at 3. Jason and Trenton have been amazing to work with during our recent HVAC replacement. Their pricing was fair and the installation was done right. Had a great experience with Heat & Cool. Super easy to work with — they showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly, and got everything fixed without any hassle. We had to change our HVAC maintenance bc the guy who installed retired. Went through Angi's list and read reviews here and decided to go with this company. Prompt contact and quick appointment, great communication, and fantastic service. Our one heat pump (Daikon) was spitting water and it turned out to be nothing major - just needed to crank up the fan.
