We had an excellent experience with Heat and Cool from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly while delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service. The installation was smooth, the system works great, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
Jason showed up within 24 hours and had our problem with our Daikin mini split figured out very quickly. He fixed the system and had us back up and running promptly. No more wall heaters for us. 5 stars
Unfortunately, my experience has not matched the existing glowing reviews. I wanted an under cabinet range hood installed, hopefully before Thanksgiving. I had already purchased the unit and had validated the fit. I called and spoke with Jason on 11/19, setting up an appointment for 3pm on 11/20. Positive interaction. Nobody showed at 3. Jason and Trenton have been amazing to work with during our recent HVAC replacement. Their pricing was fair and the installation was done right. We ran into a few issues during the process but they navigated and fixed the issues very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again guys!
Had a great experience with Heat & Cool. Super easy to work with — they showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly, and got everything fixed without any hassle. Everything’s working perfectly now, and they even followed up to make sure things were still good. Great company to work with here in Bend, Oregon. Definitely keeping their number for next time!
