Had a great experience with Heat & Cool. Super easy to work with — they showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly, and got everything fixed without any hassle. Everything’s working perfectly now, and they even followed up to make sure things were still good. Great company to work with here in Bend, Oregon. Definitely keeping their number for next time! We had to change our HVAC maintenance bc the guy who installed retired. Went through Angi's list and read reviews here and decided to go with this company. Prompt contact and quick appointment, great communication, and fantastic service. Our one heat pump (Daikon) was spitting water and it turned out to be nothing major - just needed to crank up the fan. When we had issues with our electric furnace, Jason at Heat Cool was able to quickly get to the house and inspect it. He recommended this 30 year old unit be replaced and gave us numerous options and estimates. He answered all questions. After selecting a heat pump, they were able to quickly remove the old furnace and install the heat pump. Jason was professional, friendly and service minded. I highly recommend Heat Cool for your HVAC needs.
Had Heat and cool come out for a furnace repair. They were on time, very knowledgeable . Diagnosed the problem and fixed in short order and were reasonably price. Very satisfied with their work. Will recommend to all friends and neighbors
