Been using Heat Busters at my home for years. Each and every issue I have had with my a.c. unit has been handled professionally, efficiently and with the utmost kindness. Thank you Heat Busters for above and beyond customer service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! THESE PEOPLE SUCK!!!!!!!!! They never know what they're supposed to do when their job is to FIX THE AC and they always manage to just break it more. It took them 2 weeks just to finally come out and mess around with the pipes and hit the ac unit to get it working again, then proceeded to make a larger hole into the wall for absolutely no reason. Absolutely unacceptable, don’t believe any of the other reviews on this business it’s NOT real.
As honest as the day is long and then some. Does a great job Would recommend him to anyone looking for great service and great price
