Pauline is amazing!! Mike is great, Chris is learning well. The owner plays by his own rules, his employees are meaningless to him. After a year employees earn a weeks vacation, then when they want to get it while working or when they leave the company you get nothing but headache trying to get what you and the owner signed for. The employees get no extra training, just learn while working. Current install and service have to call multiple people that they use to work with for knowledge.
