Had these out to repair my boiler 2 or 3 times when they had contract with west lancs council My boiler was over heating when running hot tap everytime they came out they just drained off a bit of water from the boiler but didn't fix the fault Had the councils new contractor out today Liberty who arrived about 3 hours after reporting fault to the council and found fault within minutes and ordered new part No wonder heat2000 have lost the contract With wlbc And now going into liquidation 🤣🤣 Update 8/11/24 So after my first ... read more

Chris the Engineer fitted new boiler for us. He was marvellous, very professional, friendly and efficient. 10/10
Sadly not the best service. Left a disabled, critically ill tenant without heating or hot water for a week. The part needed for the boiler should have only taken 24 hours, promised call backs that didn't happen for 4 days too. Edited to reduce stars from 3 to 1 as engineer was due to today to measure to install a 2nd radiator in a damp bedroom. Heat 2000 claim firstly that they rang me back on Friday which they didn't, and now they can't find the job so have left me to chase up whilst I'm I'll with pneumonia! When asked how ... read more
