After ringing multiple companies to see if they could come out too the house I phoned up hearwell yesterday and spoke to the lovely receptionist Hayley ( hopefully I spelt you name correct ) was originally told ide have to wait till the 8th on November for have my nans ears to be cleaned after she sustained a fall due to loss of balance because of her compact ear wax Hearwell rang me back half an hour later and informed me I could have an appointment at 10am today he came out and was so friendly considerate and carful while... read more

After a suffering with blocked ears for a long time… and earache… from the Wife. I googled Hearwell and made an appointment….from booking the appointment to the wax removal the team were 10/10…I expected to have an examination and then days of oiling my ears before the procedure, but Kieran offered to try the wax removal there and then…within minutes my hearing was restored to normal…much to the relief of myself and my wife!! Will not hesitate to use Hearwell if needed and once again thanks to the great team there..

Excellent service, thank you. The team have been fabulous, from initial testing through to selection of hearing aids and servicing of these over the last few years. This visit was due to the aid not charging and a simple call set the process in motion. The aid was sent away, replaced and the new device reprogrammed all within the cost package, therefore no unexpected bill. All questions were answered and we left feeling completely satisfied.

Excellent walk in ear wax assesment and removal. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Such a relief to quickly get full hearing back, along with informed advice. Would definitely return if needed.

I’m not very keen on high street audiologists so used Hearwell. Kieran was profession from start to finish. Never pushy. Just informative. Basically he’s happy to sell you whichever brand is best for your requirements.
