Says cost is one thing, but you pay this discount amount. Then bills the insurance company same full amount and they get paid the full cost plus the amount you paid. Why pay, when the insurance paid the full amount? Insurance fraud. This company has a scan deal with Humana. I'd drop them both. If Humana paid them full price( and said so), why is Hear USA saying that they didn't and charging you over$500? Then nobody can give you answers, you just get pawned off to the next person and same broken record story.
