Carlos and his crew were fantastic! He let me know right up front what the problems were and educated me on how to prevent future problems! They showed up 5 minutes early and were very professional and polite! Left everything clean as well! I would highly recommend Heartwood! They made the entire process easy and are very affordable! We will definitely will be using them again!
Carlos and his crew arrived on time and made quick work of our dying redwood. We chose to remove it and handle stump grinding at a later time. The worksite was left cleaner than it was when they arrived. His rate was reasonable and we plan to call him up for our future projects.
I've used Heartwood Professional Tree Management twice; once in Oct 2003 and again today (Sept 2025). They did a great job on both occasions so I thought I'd take a minute to post a review. I give Heartwood Tree Management my highest recommendation for tree service. They have removed several dead trees for me as well as done some pruning. They have always exceeded my expectations in the quality of their work. Recently they did some major pruning on a tree over my pool and left the pool spotless afterwards. Carlos was very prompt and professional in giving me an estimate for tree removal. Not only was his quote the best price, the experienced workers that showed up on time dis a great job in removing the tree and cleaning up the yard. I highly recommend using Heartwood
