The care and love they provide to residents and family is amazing. The food is the best!!!
My husband has been here for almost 2 years. The care has been exemplary. The people are always smiling, nice, and friendly. Heartwood place is always clean and smells pleasant. I am so glad we found this place for my husband with dementia.
I had interviewed, I was really happy to be there, and excited, they made wait for hour to call me up, they give me the job on spot, i thought the ED really liked my performance, next day, she calls me, and change her mind due to my past employment history, why would they give you a job first and not wait to until, she investigated first from my past, she made me look stupid with my family and friends, very unprofessional. We were impressed when with Heartwood. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Our friend, Richard, could use a radio to listen to baseball if allowed.
