My wife and I hired Heartwood Home Improvements to refinish our basement which had been left in an incomplete state by the pervious homeowner. Ted, the proprietor, worked with us to develop a plan that fit our needs and budget. He was easy to work with, efficient and had good communication throughout the project. We are very pleased with the final result, which transformed a musty old basement into comfortable, clean and functional living space. Heartwood will definitely be our first call for future projects
Ted did a great job replacing our front door. He was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and left the work area very neat when finished. We would definitely use him for future projects and would recommend him to others.
Ted must have done 10-15 separate projects at our residence. Not only were his prices extremely reasonable and fair, the end product was exactly what you’d hope to find on Google images when searching for perfect craftsmanship. For me, the most important thing was his prompt communication and courtesy. If you’re in need of quality home improvements, be smart and go with Heartwood Home Improvements.
Wonderful experience getting a timely quote to rebuild kitchen doors and replace the slides. The old drawers were taken same day and I was kept up to date on the building process and timeline for installation. The quality of the finished products were exactly what I hoped to see.
Amazing craftmanship!!!! On time and on budget....Doesn't get better than that.
