The information about the product and their operation in the beginning was superb and above expectation. Financing with 0 down was awesome and super easy as well. Once the signature was on the paper, things became a little bit more difficult in the communication department. Chris who was wonderful in the beginning was hard to reach all the way up until the day of the project. For instance, I was unaware a concrete shipment would be dropped off prior to the project day.
