I was very pleased with the information that HeartWise’s agent, Brooke, shared with me and had nothing but positive interactions with her until I told her that my mother was investigating options with a realtor. Brooke then made outlandish *and false* claims that we were “under contract” and that I had signed documents via DotLoop. A family member bought a house from one of Isaac Rowe's other companies. In the past year I have found many examples of very poor work. In many cases, it would have been easier to just do the work properly in the first place, which makes me think that his crews simply do not know what they are doing. In my opinion, his houses are quick flips, with poor quality of work. As a buyer, I would not trust this company.
