30/9/25 My experience in Heartwest Coolaroo this morning was beyond disappointing. I was scheduled for a Holter monitor to be attached on me. The lady receptionist instructed me to follow her into the room & have my top off. I asked if where exactly (to point to me) is she going to stick the holter monitor, but she just answered “stand here (she was sitting by the desk) & take your top off”. I had the best experience. My wonderful, beautiful soul of a doctor, Dr. Pupalan Iyngkaran, was amazing kindhearted, supportive, and explained everything in the simplest way possible so I could understand the condition of my heart. And what can I say about the receptionist? She was so professional, polite, and kind as well. Thank you so much for everything. See you all in two years’ time! Shahla
