30/9/25 My experience in Heartwest Coolaroo this morning was beyond disappointing. I was scheduled for a Holter monitor to be attached on me. The lady receptionist instructed me to follow her into the room & have my top off. I asked if where exactly (to point to me) is she going to stick the holter monitor, but she just answered “stand here (she was sitting by the desk) & take your top off”.
