On Thursday I had an afternoon appointment for my first heart scan. My day had been hectic and I was cranky & uncomfortable. As soon as I entered the scan room I was greeted by Sangita & Ramita, their professionalism and kindness put me at ease. My experience overall was very pleasant. The ladies were attentive and communicative.
Dont Trust this place BP monitors are faulty and Doctors are clowns especially cardiologist(Mark). Got 24 hour BP monitoring on and the machine went off at 11 at night. Doctor could not find my health record and my test reports and mumbled 10 minutes down the drain finding a record. I chased my GP for blood test record and GP said its been sent to GP by Doctor on the day test was done.
