Great clinic. Very friendly staff and Dr Lester was very professional and sensitive. Staff made a challenging appointment for me a lot easier
Mum had an appointment at 10.30am with the Cardiologist to get the results of a heart bug that was returned on 14th November. 10.50am we are still waiting. When I approached the receptionist to see how long the delay will be ( I took time off work to take mum) she ask who the appointment is for I told her my mums name, she looked the name up and advised me is she here to see so & so , I said no we are here to see the Cardiologist, looked again on the computer and advised us that the heart bug report is not back yet.
