We were excited to receive the 350ct car lift in anticipation of a new hoyer system that would make the car transfer easier. That didn't happen due to the "new" hoyer not working at all. Full battery, yet neither the hand control or the manual control work the hoyer. The company's hours didn't help much either as the day we received the hoyer, we then find out their offices close at 2pm est standard time? Looking forward to it's replacement. Uggg...
Purchased a Protekt Aire 80080 variable mattress and delivery was prompt. It ceased alternating several weeks ago and while I was promised a new unit it has not been shipped. Several calls have resulted in promises but no action. I have a pressure ulcer forming and cannot wait any further.
When you are needing in home medical supplies, they have the best customer service and help line. if you need voice assistance just call them, but they will get back to you promptly in an email too.
