While I like my physician, this office is horrible. My last 6 appointments have all been cancelled the day before and have to be rescheduled, many of which also get cancelled and need to be rescheduled again. My pharmacy never gets a callback for renewing prescriptions and I have to physically go to the office and make sure they call the pharmacy while I'm there. Calling the office during their hours never result in a callback and usually go to an answering service. Good physicians, lousy office management.
This is ridiculous. For the past two days I have been calling to confirm and then reschedule an appointment and have been placed on hold for 30+ minutes each time. This isnt the IRS, im pretty sure the "queue" isnt 40 people waiting to make appointments. I then decided to leave my number for a callback when its my turn "in the waiting queue" TWICE and have received no callback. Absolute worst customer service!! it is a so bad experience, I can not make a appointment for cardiology on the phone, nobody answer me, waste my to much time.
I made an appointment at 9am for a nuclear stress test. It is now 10am and am still waiting. If I did this to my clients in my business, I would have no business. It looks they have one stress-test machine and they book several people for about the same time and just have us wait. I have found this lack of respect to clients in some third world countries. Next time I will look for another venue for this test.
