Drs. are wonderful, but sorry to say the office staff is incompetent, lazy, unhelpful, unknowledgeable and frustrating to deal with.
Had diagnostics done. Clinical staff was fine, found clerical staff very difficult to deal with. Had to reschedule a holter monitor because person at desk refused to believe me when I told them It wasn't working correctly. Staff doesn't listen or respond to patients needs. I also asked to have my records and reports mailed to me and to another doctor. They refused!!! Now I need to take another 3 hr trip to secure records from hospital. I will not go there again.
