I’d like to recognize the outstanding staff at this office, especially Melissa. I had important paperwork that needed to be sent over, and the timing was cutting it very close. Melissa went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled promptly and correctly, which made a very stressful situation much less stressful. Her professionalism, kindness, and sense of urgency meant a lot. In my experience, the entire staff has been consistently helpful, courteous, and supportive. It’s clear they care about their patients.
When I first visited Dr Sharma in 2024 I liked his small office, friendly staff and ease of appointments. Then he started to push supplements and skin treatments which made me wary. Over 2 years the staff constantly changed. I wonder why? The final straw was when I was hospitalized for syncope he would not return calls or texts from the hospital/nurses which was needed to get a recommended EPS study done. Dr Sharma and his staff are awesome! Very friendly and comfortable environment. Dr Sharma is very attentive to your needs. Very informative and easy to talk to. His staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend family and friends to this facility. Thanks for taking awesome care of me and my husband.
