We had my child's birthday party here - a kid's aerial yoga class. I highly recommend it! We have also had the privilege of experiencing a sound bath from Amber. I can't wait to see what other offerings my family and I can enjoy at HeartWaves.
Been here for several events. Always feel so welcomed. Highly recommend if you want an experience to remember.
I had heard about this place through a friend and always wanted to try it. Wind Down Wednesday allowed my daughter and I to experiment with aeriel yoga. Amber, the owner, helped create the idea of mermaid themed birthday party. The girls had so much fun and can't stop talking about their experience! Amber has an abundance of positive energy. I highly recommend this place for a kids birthday party! I can't wait to try some of the other classes she offers for adults.
I love the variety of classes available. Amber, the owner, is really amazing and knowledgeable. I love supporting small, women-owned businesses. So glad I got out of my comfort zone and tried a bunch of different classes. Very accepting place.
