My first time at this location and it already sucks! Appointment scheduled for 9:00am and they open at 9:30. Staff that was already there waiting with us; stated that there is only ONE person with a key, and that they open LATE all the time! The staff refuses to have a key because of the high risk in the responsibilities! It’s now 10:20am and I am still waiting to be call this also sucks!!!!!
