Regardless of my question, or who at Heartstrong is responsible for answering it, Heather has promptly responded to my emails AND forwarded my question to the appropriate department. I really appreciate her prompt, positive attention in scenarios where knowing who to ask is an unknown and "prompt" doesn't always happen.
Heartstrong does a great job of letting me know when it is time to renew my cpap supplies. Updating my equipment makes a difference. A new mask is as 'cool as the other side of the pillow'. They continue to do a great job. (9/23/2025) Still good!
