Congratulations on coding the last order in a way to increase my cost by 400% - with no warning. You also got the insurance to pay a good bit more looking at the EOB. Now that the co-insurance cost is over the list price direct from ResMed.... I think its time to buy from them and not get suprise bills.

I love this company, they are always on top about reaching out to me when I need supplies or before I even get low. I had switched to another supplier when my insurance didn’t cover them no more and it was an awful experience with the other people, I switched over my insurance and I was able to come back to Heart Strong and I was so happy because With another company I was not even getting supplies or I was the one having to initiate the calls about getting myself supplies. This company just keeps getting better. I had a few issues on charges when I first made them my provider but they have improved and flawless in the process now. They send me a text when my insurance says it’s covered and my package arrives in a couple days. Thank you Heartsrong.
