I would definitely recommend Heartstrong to anybody looking for renovations on their house. I am a first time homeowner and they made everything super easy for me.. I had all my baseboards replaced with trim work and the entire interior repainted and most recently had my crawlspace encapsulated! Haven’t had any issues and will definitely be using them again for future projects! I worked closely with Jarod who always went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with everything.
My husband and I had some crawl space work that needed to be done (perimeter drain, sump pump, full encapsulation, etc.). Nick, of HeartStrong, came out and gave us a very thorough and honest inspection. We were already very familiar with the condition of our crawl space and what needed to be done; Nick didn’t try and push any extra, unnecessary work on us. We highly recommend Heartstrong Services. We were very pleased with the amazing work Jarod and his crew did.
Great experience from start to finish. We contacted Heartstrong to help with our humidity and above normal radon levels. Once a plan was in place they scheduled the work and were professional and efficient. We were very impressed with the high level of communication from their team, especially Jared. We would highly recommend.
Our crawlspace looks nice, but I would not recommend this company to anyone due to being very mislead and close to outright lied to. Which is so disappointing because of all their 5 star reviews. If you do go with them, absolutely get another opinion first and make sure you know about crawlspace issues before trusting whatever they have to say. 1.)
