We used Heartsong to help my dad with his recovery at home. They were very consistent and reliable! The staff were friendly, trustworthy and able to build a good relationship with my dad.
The staff at Heartsong is kind and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure the caregiver is a good match for the client. “R” was the perfect person for my husband. She was willing to do cooking, light cleaning & was just enjoyable to chat with. The team also gave suggestions on how to keep my husband safer in the home. We both felt very comfortable with them and would definitely recommend Heartsong to anyone in search of special care for a loved one.
Heartsong caregivers supported my mom for nearly two years until her death. The caregivers were loved by my mom. They were endearing, they were skilled and they were interesting. They cared about my mom in turn with a ferocious love. They seamlessly worked with hospice staff when that time came. I contacted Heartsong because I needed a pickup from the hospital for a procedure with anesthesia. Kathie was extremely friendly and helpful and offered to pick me up herself. I had my procedure today and she was there waiting outside for me when they wheeled me out. It was a short drive to my house, <1 mile, and so she said it was on the house! I can’t recommend them enough for their professionalism and compassionate care!! Thanks again Heartsong 🩷
