I was extremely nervous about my appointment with Healthscope - Pakenham coming up! Turned out there was no need to be at all. Plenty of parking at the back of the property. I filled the forms in which took only a couple of minutes and then before I knew it my name was called and in I went. My appointment was for a Lung Function Test and the lovely young lady, Fatima, who was doing the tests for me was excellent. Great staff very friendly. Receptionist was very friendly and polite. Clean and inviting clinic. Reggie did my test, very friendly and calm. Was at ease with him and he was very good at explaining everything to me. If I need another heart related test I would come here for sure.
