Overall, I had a good experience, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and professional. However, the person who performed my echocardiogram came across as a bit rude and was not very friendly during the procedure. At the end, she did not clean off the gel or remove the electrodes, which I felt showed a lack of care and attention towards the patient. Apart from this particular experience, I would like to highlight that all the other staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Stavros Papaioannoq of Heartscope St Albans provided me - excellent medical services as required, communication skills brilliant. His prompt response during my emergency condition along with the Paramedics after the test was absolutely outstanding. Can assure you all that, I felt safe in his care. I had a great experience at St Albans where I have been few times now, all the staff members were helpful and courteous. Reception, nurses, doctors and other staff all answered questions and listened to myself properly. Good work team
