Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical receptionist relentless questioning that could have been done at the premises threats of you don’t answer our questions we will cancel your appointment just a horrible experience ended up going to another place in Werribee all they asked was does she have a Medicare card and is she on a pension answered her questions no problem appointment made immediately unlike that other bloody joint why would you bother putting up with that crap
