Had an amazing CNA course with Mrs Gordon. The non teaching staff might seem rough in the beginning but they will warm up to you when they see what you’re about. Passed my test first try. Mrs Gordon was knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable. I’ve taken CPR classes for more than 10 years and so far, the male CPR instructor gave the best class i’ve ever witnessed. Excellent experience overall. I will definitely come back for my PCT courses.
WILL NOT Recommend!!! BOTH OROFESSORS FOR PHLEBOTOMY AND EKG WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHOWED no type Care WHEN TEACHING . Also I was told it was suppose to be 2 weeks on virtual 1 week in person .. WE ONLY HAD 2 days of in person . And you guys wanna charge us $500 each class ? Are you kidding me ?!! Another thing I took both courses December 23 2024, it is MARCH 7,2025, I passed both exams and never got my certificates. The instructor who is an alleged RN Renee King is Aggressive and Rude instructor. Doesn’t know how to teach. Sarcastic, lacks patience and snappy attitude. She has a superiority complex. This is a self study program. She will only bark at you what she wants you to do. This program is audio not in person. It’s a zoom class with the instructors camera off the whole time.
