Sorry but I’ve had unsatisfactory experience from this practice. During surgery there was not enough pain relief even though I screamed through the procedure. I wasn’t listened to, thought maybe he didn’t hear me but realised he just didn’t care. I’ve had to go back many times since as he didn’t fix the problem, also had to pay for his incompetence.
Literally the worst customer support I’ve ever received. The front reception staff have no care for patients what so ever. Beyond rude! Why are you even apart of the hospital if you’re not going to take any patients from them. Your staff are entitled old rude women. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE
