This veterinarian office USED to be exactly what I wanted in a vet but ever since they renovated their office and got a new "office manager", the quality of care has drastically decreased and the prices have DRASTICALLY increased. They are over booked, and generally run 30-60 minutes late for appointments. The last three times I've brought my dog in there, the vet hasn't spoken to me even once (even when they found a mass they believed to be cancerous). DO NOT GO TO HEARTS AND PAWS. They repeatedly misdiagnosed our cat and were more concerned about selling us unneeded treatments. We eventually went to Michigan State and got our cat diagnosed properly. There office manger Mike also lies and screams if you question him on his office. Stay away.
