I was told that the tech would be there Friday to do the repairs between 1 and 3. Then Amanda called and said it would be between 3 and 4. He never showed up on Friday. He was to replace the compressor (Which was under warranty) and I was quoted $600. Maybe a little more according to the amount of coolant needed. Amanda seemed very knowledgeable about her business. The tech showed up the next day and the bill was almost $1,200. Quite a big difference.
Hearts Heat and Air are fantastic to work with!! Chuck is a master of the HVAC industry, and Amanda has amazing communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. We used Hearts to install a brand new Heat and Air system as well as recently troubleshoot the unit and Chuck was on site the same day to fix the issue! Can’t recommend enough!
