I was very satisfied with the care and help I received from the Hearts for Hearing staff. Dr. Winters was very patient, helpful, and understanding. She always made me feel at ease.
I came in knowing I had major hearing loss. At age 63 I now hear things I haven't heard since I was a teenager. Hearts for Hearing has opened up a whole new world for me. Dr. Magann Faivre and her staff have done an outstanding job and make their patients feel like family.
Our family loves Hearts for Hearing! Our daughter has been a patient since she was 5 months old (she's 3.5 now). We live an hour and a half away and had a long road of misdiagnosis and frustration at a different establishment before we finally found Hearts for Hearing. Even though it is an hour and a half drive for our family, we have been so happy that we were lead to H4H and look forward to our visits! I've been coming to hearts for hearing for as long as I can remember and I've never had a bad experience here.
My experience with Hearts for Hearing began with testing and fitting new hearing aids with audiologist, Dr. Rachel Magann Faivre. It became evident that eventually I needed to pursue a cochlear implant, and Dr. Baker performed the surgery. Audiologist, Dr. Sara Neumann has been mapping my CI.
