Came here today to get a few flowers. She was extremely rude and told me to go to Tom Thumb for flowers instead. Then I told her I’m busy and will purchase them here as I’m a florist myself. Just because I told her I’m a florist she charged me about $20 more the price she originally quoted me. Rude and unprofessional. Flowers were okay but not worth what she was charging. As a florist, I know the truth about how much her flowers are worth.

Wonderful service! She did same day delivery!! We live In New York and sent flowers to my Mother for her birthday and they turned out so beautiful!!! Will be ordering more!

I just want to give a big 5-star review and shout out and 5-star to Sharon, the owner of Hearts and Flowers in Alvarado. I ordered 2 arrangements last week and she accepted them for same-day delivery, even though an ice storm was a few hours from hitting. They were beautiful, but the wrong arrangements were delivered. TODAY, Hearts and Flowers designed and redelivered new arrangements to replace incorrect ones! That is amazing customer service, which is hard to find these days! Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!! I will never go anywhere else! They took great care of me, and made me feel like their most important client! 10/10 would recommend to EVERYONE!
