My time with Michelle has been undeniably transformative. Not quite knowing what to expect, but with an open heart and mind, Michelle was able to access my subconscious and guide it to a place where ease and presence could come forward and be. My anxious behavior has seemed to evaporated after the session. I had nervous tick that I used to do that now has stopped. That was a surprise that this stopped! From it all, I can notice that on a deep level the session was extremely healing.

Initially, my search was for a Hypnotist to assist me in 2 things: quitting smoking and learning to process some childhood trauma. After experimenting with some self-hypnosis apps, it became apparent I cannot hypnotize myself (nor can anyone else). I did a search for hypnotists in my area. And there she was, the lovely Michelle.
