Initially, my search was for a Hypnotist to assist me in 2 things: quitting smoking and learning to process some childhood trauma. After experimenting with some self-hypnosis apps, it became apparent I cannot hypnotize myself (nor can anyone else). I did a search for hypnotists in my area. And there she was, the lovely Michelle. I am amazed at the results and transformation that I have undergone since working with Michelle. She is warm, kind, a great listener/active listener.
