Not quite knowing what to expect, but with an open heart and mind, Michelle was able to access my subconscious and guide it to a place where ease and presence could come forward and be. My anxious behavior has seemed to evaporated after the session. I had nervous tick that I used to do that now has stopped. That was a surprise that this stopped! From it all, I can notice that on a deep level the session was extremely healing.
Initially, my search was for a Hypnotist to assist me in 2 things: quitting smoking and learning to process some childhood trauma. After experimenting with some self-hypnosis apps, it became apparent I cannot hypnotize myself (nor can anyone else). I did a search for hypnotists in my area. And there she was, the lovely Michelle.
