Err on the side of caution with this business/driver. Nearly ran my dog, girlfriend, and I off the road just to cut ahead the merge lanes onto I-25 S as he passed by me on the shoulder to cut everyone then forcefully merge. If his attitude translates to work ethic I would do anything to avoid this business. Never would I normally leave a bad review to a non corporate company but this was unprofessional at best and dangerous to society at worst. Edit: To further clarify: 1.) Ronnie and his team here were amazing! Appointment setup and scheduling went very well and at my convenience! Ronnie did a very great job getting the windshield replaced in great time and made sure all my questions were answered at the end. Ronnie really went above and beyond and I definitely will be using Heart’s Auto Glass moving forward!
