I was able to make an appointment with Manny within a few days of contacting him. My aunt's will is going through the probate process and I needed help to prepare an inventory of her jewelry. He reviewed each piece to determine estate value vs.the items that were more sentimental and/or costume jewelry. Manny was very professional and easy to talk to.
