I ordered a bouquet for my Grandma’s 99th birthday from this florist (I live in DC) based on positive reviews and recommendations from family and friends. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The first photo shows what I ordered; the second shows what was delivered. The bouquet I received looked very different from what was advertised. Hearts and Flowers did an incredible job for us when we were ordering a flower arrangement from Canada for our Niece/Cousin's graduation. They made a really beautiful arrangement that looked even better than in the picture. They offer arrangements that aren't just those cookie-cutter arrangements but rather ones that are beautiful and unique.
