My referral was sent to this clinic. The receptionist told me that it had to be triaged . I asked how long this would take and couldn’t be given a time frame. I waited another 3 weeks with no contact from this clinic only to be told by my GP (I had made an appointment regarding something else by this stage) that he had just recieved an email the day before saying that Hearts 1st would not see me. My husband and I had reason to visit Hearts 1st when we were passing through Cleveland and we can say that the team here were absolutely fantastic. Very professional but also personable and took great care and time to explain everything that was about to be done.
