I have been a patient with Dr Vance Manins at hearts first cleveland for a number of years now and have to say I have never been treated with such care and empathy, professionalism is outstanding, everything is explained in terms I can understand and all staff are with you every step of way, from start of consult to further treatments. The level of service at Hearts 1st Cleveland is extremely high. From the reception staff, to the technicians, to the specialists. All have a very caring, efficient, and professional demeanour which is rare in health care these days. I have been loyal to hearts 1st for almost 2 years. My latest referral for a holter monitor was sent in early December. I have called 4 times to book in an appointment and they keep saying it has to be reviewed by the Doctor. I have never had this issue before but going forward will going to another clinic.
My referral was sent to this clinic. The receptionist told me that it had to be triaged . I asked how long this would take and couldn’t be given a time frame. I waited another 3 weeks with no contact from this clinic only to be told by my GP (I had made an appointment regarding something else by this stage) that he had just recieved an email the day before saying that Hearts 1st would not see me.
