Dr Eades has been a great cardiologist. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and I appreciate his tendency to genuinely listen. He’s made a difference in my life.
Can't be bothered to open on time
It was speedy, friendly and I Have nothing but good things to say about it.
The language and conduct used by your office manager during this interaction were entirely inappropriate and unacceptable. Statements such as “this place is a shit show” and “I’m not sure how you identify yourself as a person,” made directly to a patient, are unprofessional, disrespectful, and have no place in a medical practice. At no point did I use profanity, make personal insults, or speak inappropriately to this individual. The office manager is either negligent or completely incompetent because every time I've had an issue it's because of something she has done. She has a rude tone and always seems to blame the problem on someone else. Dr. Eades is a terrific doctor, but the problem is that I have difficulty seeing him because she is so horrible at her job
