I had a procedure on Monday 11/17, it did not go well and I was admitted to hospital (suspecting error on their part), I'm currently still admitted and cannot get a doctor at Heartplace to come see me or give me the time of day to discuss options for discharge, its empty promises and drive by conversations without any follow through, I'm in hospital hell. While the doctors are awesome it is impossible to speak to anyone in the office or receive a return phone call. This is extremely frustrating to a patient! One of my doctors have sent request to them 3 times over a months period with no response. I’ve personally called and left messages 4 times over that same period with absolutely no response. I need to reschedule an appointment but i can’t speak to anyone! Not good HeartPlace.

Dr Patel was great. However, I was reported as not paying my bill to a debt collection agency. When I was checking the portal after being on there, my payment history was on there and now its mysteriously gone. I have bank transactions with my bank showing payments and it seems I cannot get a call back. Very unethical business, stay away!!!

You can’t even get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. I called the first time and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then their system disconnected. The second time, it was 10 minutes and the system disconnected. Then I tried several other departments just trying to get SOMEONE to answer a phone - no luck. Then I tried one final time and after 12 minutes on hold I hung up. I’ll find a cardiologist office that can answer the phone and take an appointment. I’ve called this place multiple times because my doctor referred me here, but no one ever answers the phone. My first call was answered by an automated system that put me on hold. After 15 minutes waiting I no longer had time to talk and had to hang up. My second call got the automated system that put me on hold, and after FORTY-FIVE minutes, no one had answered the phone, so I gave up since they clearly decided to take the rest of the day off even though their posted hours said they were open.
