You can’t even get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. I called the first time and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then their system disconnected. The second time, it was 10 minutes and the system disconnected. Then I tried several other departments just trying to get SOMEONE to answer a phone - no luck. Then I tried one final time and after 12 minutes on hold I hung up. I’ll find a cardiologist office that can answer the phone and take an appointment. Most efficient appointment process. Staff was smiling, My technician was soo friendly, caring and could easily tell she loves her job. I ❤️ going to my appointments at HeartPlace Mansfield.
Dr. South was exceptionally attentive and approachable. He explained everything clearly without using overly technical language, which made me feel comfortable and understood. His professionalism and genuine care were evident throughout the visit.
Dr Patel, although knowledgeable, has staff and scheduling that perform poorly. Heartplace Nurse Practioner, Tiffany, is a poor and not empathetic communicator, and we had to seek an additional paid appointment with Dr Patel before we understood why my results were high risk and indicated need for angiogram and stents. Her Staff does not pick up phone calls, and scheduling staff delays submitting vital paperwork to move ahead even in “high risk” cases.Then they do not have openings until weeks later to schedule procedures an... read more
This place sucks, they dont value our time. They have canceled on me 2 times and i took the days off from work. If you miss an appointment they charge you a fee because they didnt make money off someone else. Oh but if they miss an appointment and you had to take the day off from work well too bad. Very unprofessional, they should find you a provider to see if someone cancels. Thank you for calling me when i was 10 min from the location too, hour and a half trip for nothing.
