I came in with a referral from my primary care doctor only for the HeartPlace to cancel the procedure stating insurance requires the specialty doctor’s consult first. I was charged $150 for the visit and they referred me to another doctors office to perform the same procedure my primary care had already requested. The team should have saved me the visit and consult charge and told me they weren’t equipped to perform the test. Dr Sperry was a great heart Dr! But the business part of the the facility is something that can't be trusted. I was talked into a CT heart scan and was told the copay was $250. No problem I paid it and had the procedure. Oh no that wasn't enough, they promptly forwarded another bill to me for $311. Buyers be ware! Changing to another cardiologist. These folks say they charge one thing and then charge another, smoke and mirrors. I'm gone!

The front office staff is very rude. Except for one lady that helped me after my procedure and took my stitches out. They seems to not enjoy their job, one lady that sat at the window with the braids had a nasty attitude. They don’t show compassion. People are already sick coming to the the Dr. the least they can do is greet the patients with a smile
