I had a family member receiving care at this location, and I was so impressed by the kindness and professionalism we experienced. Sherri was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and always had such a positive spirit. Her energy is truly contagious, and she was such a joy to interact with throughout the experience. Very happy with my doctor and staff. Not happy with the bill department. I paid my bill in full upon leaving the office. I have the receipt. Weeks later I receive a bill from the billing department for a balance of $80.00. I contacted the bill in department they said they would look into this. I go back to the Arlington location talk to the front desk. The ladies at the front desk are awesome. They even sent the billing department a copy of my receipt.
