Heartlife is amazing! My stepdaughter has been seeing Kelsey Byrn for nearly 3 years. Kelsey true cares for her clients and in everything she does, she does it with grace, love and through the Holy Spirit. She loves our girl well and has helped her grow so much. Front desk was very helpful and informed. I would recommend to everyone.
High prices that continue to increase. They do not take insurances. Subpar results and extremely unprofessional mannerisms. Front desk was about as friendly to me a nest-less wasp. I had such a bad experience, I had to file a complaint with the TN Department of Health/licensing board, which led to them conducting a review from the board’s consultant, as well as, a field investigation, and then a legal assessment of the issue with LPC-MHSP Kelsey Coleman.
