I have connected with Heartlands in Severna Park through business channels, and have found the staff to be passionate and friendly. Most have been there for a long time and the atmosphere is homey. I look forward to working with them more. Additionally, I know two people that have their loved one living there and they both have only great things to say about their experience. I have a married couple I come in throughout the week to spend some time with, and I love it here. Everything is so clean and organized, the staff is wonderful always upbeat and smiling. Housekeeping does an excellent job the whole place always looks and smells so clean, unlike some other facilities I've been to that smell like urine. We looked seriously at Heartlands and are glad we did. The facility is modern and clean with a staff that was, without exception, friendly and competent. I shall communicate further and get more information as this is our first choice.
Heartlands definitely puts the heart into this Assisted Living Facility. My mom has only been a resident for a few months, but first impression was a key for me. Walking into the facility you can see how much the staff cares and are happy to be working there. It can be very stressful and heartbreaking to find the right place for your parent when they can't live alone. To anyone who is in that position, I sincerely recommend Heartlands. As soon as you walk into the facility, you can feel that the atmosphere is one of kindness, warmth, and caring. The staff is dedicated to the comfort of the residents.
