I met with Melissa at HeartLands in Severna Park to tour for my dad, who needs assisted living/memory care. I had been to 3 or 4 other facilities in the area and while we didn't end up choosing HeartLands it was definitely not a reflection of how nice it was. Beautifully renovated, lots of activities and programs, inclusion of memory care patients into the general assisted living spaces when appropriate, and quite reasonably priced. Just stoped by with my family. The tour was very well done the staff who lead the tour were fantastic and answered all the questions we asked. The rooms were clean and easy to move around. The other residents were very friendly and welcoming. We are planning on moving our grandma in as soon as possible.
