I will never go back to this place - not because of the care, but because of the terrible billing dept. First, they told me they were in-network and billed me out of network. Then didn't answer their billing phone when I called to get it corrected. Then promised to fix it and instead sent the bill to a collections agency. I never write reviews but for some reason I have been thinking about my experience here. I stopped going I think about halfway through my pregnancy in January because I was just so tired of all the issues I experienced. Never again. 3 Strikes and your out! I never write bad reviews but this is something that needs to be addressed at the Lake St. Louis location. The time management and scheduling is horrible. I drove an hour each way to see my doctor and waited for 45 minutes in the office only for them to tell me that it was going to be another hour before I could see the doctor. So I walked out. Just want to complain about Heartland Woman’s Healthcare. Their customer service and billing department are terrible. If you have a question or an issue, you can not talk to person who answers the phone and all she was doing is put a note in your profile. If you want to talk to the manager or the billing department, was told it is impossible. This is the first time I ever ran into this kind of company level management.
