EDIT 4/29/26 The serviceman that came to our house was the best!! He installed the one window but unfortunately it had a big scratch so he is ordering a new one. He also fixed 3 other windows that were installed incorrectly by the builder. I will update once again when the new window is installed. We built a new home in 2022 and had Heartland Windows installed. They are the worst windows we have ever had. Some of the windows don’t seal, others the seals are falling off and one huge double paned window has moisture inside it. One window came broken and it took them 1 week shy of a year to fix it. If you call them they will not deal with you and send you back to the builder. Builder has 1 year warranty and windows are supposed to be lifetime. Apparently they don't warranty windows that are installed in a rental house. How does that make sense? Window cracked from the negative degree weather this weekend. But since its in a rental, its not warrantied? Doesn't add up.

We installed Heartland windows in the waterloo area. I also have Heartland windows in my home. I have installed multiple different companies windows over the years and Heartland is one of the best. They would not be in my home if I didnt believe this. They have taken care of every one of the very few issues we have had.
