We replaced all our windows about 12 years ago. We have had issues with the sliders and the patio door. A service rep came out and worked on the sliders. They are better, but certainly not as good as they could be, as far as leaking air goes. Our patio door is now extremely hard to slide. We were told we likely need to replace the wheels and that I should file a warranty claim. I did that, but never heard back, so I emailed again and was asked again for our order number. EDIT 4/29/26 The serviceman that came to our house was the best!! He installed the one window but unfortunately it had a big scratch so he is ordering a new one. He also fixed 3 other windows that were installed incorrectly by the builder. I will update once again when the new window is installed.
