We installed Heartland windows in the waterloo area. I also have Heartland windows in my home. I have installed multiple different companies windows over the years and Heartland is one of the best. They would not be in my home if I didnt believe this. They have taken care of every one of the very few issues we have had.

We replaced all our windows with Heartland 20 years ago. They are a great window if you're working with a limited budget. We bought 9 double hung, 4 casement, and one large picture window. All in all they've held up well with the extreme changes in seasonal temps we get in Iowa with no fading. The casement windows seal better than the double hung and stay cleaner on the inside edges, but the double hung can be tipped inward to clean both sides of the glass. Excellent value on all their products. I also want to speak up for the reviews I’ve seen from the far past on here. These issues are likely from the installation issue,or a sealant, like inferior caulk, and not heartland at fault. No one is perfect, but I’ve seen and worked with their work ethic and integrity for over a decade. They always do the right thing. Also, if you are in the state of Missouri or Kansas and have a warranty issue with a heartland product and can’t get help, call American Window and Door in Kansas City.... read more
