Looks run down (old) and garbage everywhere. Many of the window treatments you see from outside are damaged/torn.

Water line burst inside the apartment. Maintenance and fire dept showed. Turned off water, put a dehumififier and 2 industrial floor fans. This happened 11: 00 pm night before Christmas eve. The apartment was and is in habitable. Let message with the office number on what to do about housing. NO RESPONSE!!! Apparently if it's a holiday your emergency or housing is not their problem.
Horrible issues with maintenance in the apartments and the around the complex. No property manager on site, just a paper with "text joe" written. Joe never answers or responds. Personally have 13 open maintenance issues since the start of the year with no updates. Noone answers from main office. One maintenance guy was seen leaving my apartment 3x without ever informing us he was coming in. I just got home in time to see him exit.
So many issues with maintenance and communication. If you need anything fixed maintenance won’t be by for at least 20 days if they even show up. It is also nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone in the office if you need anything.
