Our cat was very sick and we wanted someone to come out for euthanasia. This was the only place that had openings so we made the appointment. When it became urgent, we had to cancel the appointment with Heartland and go local. They are still charging us $200 in spite of the early cancelization. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. They took advantage of the grief of pet parents.

The people here are truly wonderful! It’s refreshing to be part of a company where the culture feels strong, supportive, and genuine from top to bottom.
