I talked to a very nasty receptionist who refused her name and also her supervisor! She refused to assist me and hung up on me! wow

Our cat was very sick and we wanted someone to come out for euthanasia. This was the only place that had openings so we made the appointment. When it became urgent, we had to cancel the appointment with Heartland and go local. They are still charging us $200 in spite of the early cancelization. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. They took advantage of the grief of pet parents.
