We boarded our dog there every time we go on vacation. This is the only vet that I will take our dog to. We had a previous dog that passed away and he was suffering. This vet did not did not hesitate to drive 45 miles to come and help us. I will always be grateful for the compassion showed towards us in our time of need.
They were able to get our lil guy in quickly. He needed to be seen be a specialist, that they scheduled and set up for us right there from their clinic.
Our Frenchie and pug had ear infections, and Dr. Sam got them fixed up right away.
My shitzu was hit by a pickup and we had to make an emergency run to Heartland. We moved to the area recently and hadn't found a local vet for him. When I called them, they didn't hesitate to tell me come right in, even though it was closing time. The whole team stayed to help us. They were so caring and calming to both him and me. They have followed up to see how he is doing. Amazing service. We have found our new vet.
I have a dog that has allergies and frequent ear infections, the veterinarians here have offered relief to my dog that has not been achieved elsewhere. Between different medications and ear-cleaning services. Have boarded him also there and have found him very nicely taken care of.
