Customer service is great!
The service was good and Bre was great! However when you spend $2K on your vehicle’s maintenance and then get hit with the 3% processing fee because a card is used that is greed from the owners. You have a choice to take your vehicle someplace else and an extra 20 minute drive to avoid the service charge would be worth it to me. This is a bad policy and is solely the responsibility of the ownership’s greed and not providing good customer service.
