Amazing customer service
Brought in for warranty service. Greeted nicely and treated to a free drink as always. They used to vacuum the mats but apparently don't anymore. Last 3 visits not done. So maybe it costs to have it done. Wasn't given an update over the 3 hour wait like I usually get. Truck left in heavy rain with both front windows partially down and both seats inside got wet and so did I. They did come wipe it down and apologize but I wasn't happy and feel it was careless. Excellent and fast service. I barely had time to get comfortable drinking, my complementary beverage, when I was notified that my car was ready to go.
Mike was awesome handling our oil change and warranty work. Very informative and patient with questions/concerns. Got us in and out fast.
Michael is an intelligent well trained very personable agent. I so appreciated his ability and kindness and knowledge throughout the checking in, diagnosis and checking out process.
