Tuve una mala experiencia con ellos lleve mi auto a Heartland Toyota por un problema de frenos y ellos no pudieron solucionarlo el problema ellos reemplazaron partes que no era el problema y me cobraron 800$ dolares y no solucionar el problema ni siquiera revisar o limpiaron los ambos abs sensores de velocidad delantera menos los calipers que son los que necesitan servicio por eso prendía la luz de abs y tuve que solucionarlo el problema yo mismo bueno pues ni modo
I am so tired of being taken advantage of by auto shops and dealerships!! I was charged $105 by Heartland Toyota to tell me a cup rolling around in my trunk was making a noise I kept hearing. I’ve purchased a minimum of 8 cars/trucks from Heartland Toyota. It sure would have been nice to have been told the noise was nothing serious, we APPRECIATE your business and Have a Nice Day rather than hosing me for $105. I will never buy another car from Heartland. It definitely isn't the Heartland. Called last week to schedule a front brake job and an oil change. The young lady that checked me in was told specifically not to rotate the tires. Tires were rotated. My quote upon call, was $430 and change. She made a point of telling me there was tax. OK? Tax in Kitsap is 9.2%, right. 430+39.56 tax = $459.56. So.....I received a bill for $511 dollars. OK? Awesome, tell me what the cost is before hand. Mike is amazing! He is our go to guy! I arrived for my appointment and for some reason the person who tried to get me started said my appointment was not showing up and it must be for another dealership or date. We saw Mike and he got us started. Our service was quick and we left to enjoy our day. Thanks Mike!
