I had an absolutely terrible experience at this shop. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did they try to overcharge me, but they also attempted to take advantage of me by quoting far more than what the repair should have cost. When I questioned the price, they became defensive and even resorted to name-calling.

Great place to have your vehicle worked on. Had my brakes start grinding on my Silverado. Called my local Chevy dealership. They couldn't get me in for over week. Called Heartland and they got me in the next morning and out by mid-afternoon. They have helped me out of jams several times. This is the place to go for great customer service. Maybe my local Chevy dealership service department should take a page out of Heartland's play book. Thanks guys.

I am always impressed with the quality staff and service at Heartland Tire. They work hard to help customers with their car repairs.

I was given an estimate of 2 thousand for an ac compressor and replace other parts, picked up next day for a bill of 2500. Plus! Now both service writers are gone till next week!
