Asked for help getting my tires filled up with air after stopping at 2 gas stations with no luck. Guys were friendly and helped me out no problem! Much appreciated!
Took my car in to get my battery checked and was told it was going out so I had it replaced. Just a couple weeks later, my car wouldn't start. Had it checked by another source was told it was the battery again. Called about the issue to see what the next steps looked like and was met with attitude and was talked down to. Very unprofessional. Go here if you want to be overcharged for cheap parts.
We are so grateful for Rich and his crew. Had two bald tires that were hydroplaning in a storm on a road trip and Rich fit us in right away and had the tires changed faster than we could get coffee. Amazing service at Heartland!
Really good service
Re-review as my original has been removed. Couple of years ago I brought my BMW into this location to put a set of tires on. Initially I was very happy, but a lot was to come. The day after getting tires I went to remove my wheels to do my brakes on the vehicle and I simply couldn't get the lugs busted loose. I checked with the torque wrench I had and the lugs were at least 120ft lbs when spec is 89ft lbs for the vehicle.
