This business treated us exceptionally well! We were referred to Heartland from a family member that has appreciated working with them and my experience didn't fall short. I have always received excellent customer service from Ryan the location manager. Our family has done business with Heartland Auto for many years. Heartland really cares about the needs of their customers. They will not sell you something that you dont need. High Intregity Business!
Great place to get your vehicle maintained.
For nearly 20 years we used this garage. Until last year the service was great. But now I can’t trust anything they say. Their communication is poor. I had an appointment “first thing” for a 2 hour job. Called at 11 but they hadn’t started yet. There were a couple other things, didn’t get back to me for estimates for tires 2 cars. So, adios. Lots of other garages round here
