Trustworthy and reliable. I asked them to look at a potential issue a dealer service department said needed to get fixed ASAP for over $1000. Heartland saw the stated issue but said it was very minor and did not need to be urgently addressed and stated it may never become a real problem but also qualifying it could be in the future without making any promises.
