I got new tires and they treated me well.
I went there to have 4 tires balanced. It seemed to me like they used an excessive amount of balancing weight, up to 10oz per wheel. Then 2 days later one of the outside dually tires lost the weights that were on it. I would not recommend them to do any balancing of 19.5 inch wheels.
John was very helpful when it came to a slow leak in a tire. He went above and beyond to make it smooth and painless.
